We fail to grasp the sheer speed of innovation in grid-scale storage. In my convos with govs, renewables + storage is often regaled as a story for the 2030s. This is used as an argument to delay cheap solar and wind. To me, this is a mistake. https://t.co/Qba2C1TfQ0

Great to speak at @AhdUniv & @The_IGC conference on sustainable cities. I had a look at how many coal plants are within a 300km radius of Delhi, and was struck by the results. We need to ensure our citizens have access to clean air and clean energy. @ResearchCcg @TheSmithSchool
