This #KPNFarmFresh App of #KovaiPazhamudirNilayam is a scam of the highest order. Whatever the weight of your order quantity is, they will always send less than about 200gms to 150gms. 3 times in a row. There is no proper customer support and they don’t even have an email. #AVOID.

To someone like me born in Port Blair, #KaalaPaani on Netflix was such a refreshing watch. Besides the technical finesse and the gripping story, the locations and the language brought back such fond memories of a place I used to call home. #MustWatch.

Dear @StanChartIN @StanChartHelpIN ! Please know that we know that you (like every other decent Credit card company in India) allows converting purchases into EMIs. Calling and messaging me after every purchase I make over INR2500 with the same message is borderline Spamming.

#unpopularopinion - I felt #viduthalaipart1 was way too overrated. Horrible music and bgm. The train wreck sequence was well done, but otherwise editing felt choppy. Soori was perfect for the role. The horrible lip sync issues killed the feel of the film. Vetri's weakest yet.

How are these spammers able to get so many ‘burner’ numbers and spam everyone? Is there some place where one can report the numbers and action be taken against them. What are the laws that protect consumers in India against spammers? @TRAI @DoT_India please help.

I am already on the DND list. I use Trucaller and diligently mark out spammers and block them. Despite that I get about 15-20 spam calls a day. It is beginning to become a major productivity hindrance, especially when you are expecting calls.

I try my best to not get agitated at them and try to politely refuse whatever they are offering and cut the conversation. But there are sometimes when some spammer asks me ‘why’, and I lose it.

Most of these spammers address me by name. Some just assume I speak Hindi and start belting out their standard script. The local spammers start by congratulating me that I have been ‘approved’ a lifetime free card.

Is it just me or has the number of spam calls just exploded of late? The major spammers have been calling in the name of @aubankindia @HDFC_Bank @StarHealthIns @ICICIBank @AxisBank and many other personal loans, credit cards, used cars and real estate offers. @TRAI @DoT_India.

I am now going to make all attempts to move all of my family accounts away from @TheOfficialSBI into some other private bank. So much for the so called Banker to every Indian. Nothing is worth suffering humiliation for the sake of Banking.

Or is it because the Staff and Manager of SBI consider themselves above the average Customer? There is a severe God Complex that this bunch suffers from that puts the old and gullible Customers at their mercy.

I would really like to know if this is how @TheOfficialSBI expects its Customers to be treated? Are the Customer facing Associates of SBI have to be rude and disrespectful to the poor Customers by default? Or is this just the specialty of the Ambattur branch.

On top of this when she attempted to talk to the Manager to resolve this, the Manager refused to even meet citing he is busy.

On checking why was she given a receipt if the documents were not received correctly, she was humiliated by being shouted at by a rude Associate by saying that’s how it is and it is not their problem that she isn’t getting the pension and she was asked to write to the CPPC.

My late father’s pension wasn’t credited, in spite of my mother submitting all the required documents and getting a receipt. On visiting the branch she was told to resubmit everything manually as the documents weren’t downloaded due to a server problem.

On top of this, he was questioned why his signatures weren’t matching. Really? A 90 year old who is made to be present in the branch due to sheer callousness and your issue is that his signatures don’t match?.

My grandfather of over 90 years, who has trouble even standing, was made to visit the branch and endure the ordeal just to sign the life certificate. No provision was made to obtain it from residence in spite of our request. The manager was totally indifferent to this.

My mother is a 65 year old retired SBI staff and if she is being subject to so much of stress and humiliation in a branch, I cannot fathom the things the regular public will have to go through in the name of banking.
