@TataCompanies @consaff @consaffcircle I don't want to keep a faulty product. Either:. Replace the machine with a new working unit. OR.Refund my money immediately. Consumers deserve better. I will escalate this until it's resolved.

@VoltasBeko I registered a complaint on 30th June. The engineer came, inspected, and said:.“The part needs to be replaced. We’ll place a request.”.⏳ It’s now 16 days later, and I still have no resolution. @VoltasBeko.
