India has Tribal President while Supreme Court of India has no Tribal Judge. India has no Dalit Chief Minister. India never made a Dalit or Tribal Prime Minister. On 79th Independence day, this may bring us to the utter shame.

On 79th Independence day, Dalits continue to suffer everyday untouchability & wrath of Caste terror.Politically they are denied substantive representation,socially they are refused dignity,culturally they are appropriated in a country who's Constitution is drafted by a Dalit.

Supreme court of India constantly acts against constitutional guarantees of SC/STs. A court that has no ST Judge.Most judges are upper Castes.Don't they know under articles 341(1)(2) & 342(1)(2), Parliament & President are given sole authorities with regards to SC ST reservation.
