I was gonna binge the rest of the year and then locked in?? I fasted for 17 hours and now my OMAD is watermelon and Iโm fasting again for 15-16 hours. Chat maybe I am locked in. (Iโve also just lost my appetite ever since I started fasting. FIXING MY PORTION CONTROLLL)
