Worse customer service experience EVER! Do not use @StubHub! I bought tickets to @natebargatze for last Friday night in Tampa. I never received our tickets, which were a gift for my husband- $465! Spent 5 hours on phone calls and a chat with @StubHub that evening….said they

Buyer beware @StubHub FanProtect was not a real thing for us! Our ticket link didn’t work, totally glitch, and they are basically saying we are out our $460 and it wasn’t their fault. The guarantee says it covers you to your seat which is complete BS. They lied about case
