Our Upper Body Focus days begin with footwork, plyometrics, and then each athlete gets a customized program specific to their sport and goals. All this is on their phones so they can track everything they do. Each athlete also receives corrective exercises focused on asymmetries,

STROcademy has helped so much in the past 3 months for my development. I have gotten so much stronger and faster and it has helped me to gain 10 pounds in just 2 months. On top of that the academic support is amazing. There is nothing else like this in Utah.
We just opened STROcademy this August. Training, Tutoring, and Educational support. Our 25 football athletes have gained an average of 38#'s on their Bench, +3.5" on their Vertical, +1.03 MPH, and 7 pounds of lean muscle in the last 3 months. We also have had 88% of our athletes
