Partnerships and Collaborations: Identifying potential strategic partners and collaborators within the street art and web3 communities. Building relationships with artists, curators, galleries, and platforms can enhance the collective's reach and influence

Community Engagement: Actively engaging with the community to build awareness, gather feedback, and foster participation. This may involve hosting spaces, leading conversations and maintaining a strong online presence through social media platforms and community forums

Selection Criteria: Developing clear and well-defined criteria for selecting street art works to be promoted and launched as NFTs on the blockchain. This involves considering factors such as artistic quality, uniqueness, cultural significance and alignment the collective's values

Governance Framework: Establishing a robust governance framework for the SGC. This includes defining decision-making processes, voting mechanisms, and protocols for managing funds and resources. The council will play a crucial role in setting up and fine-tuning these processes
