Token Factory module allows any account to permissionlessly create new tokens. The token creator initially receives admin privileges, allowing them to mint, burn, transfer tokens, change the admin, or remove admin privileges entirely.

Proof of Authority (PoA) module allows permissioned networks where a predefined set of administrators controls the validator set. Built as an extension of the Cosmos-SDK's staking module, it enables an easy transition to a standard Proof of Stake (PoS) system later via an upgrade.
