Last half term in worship, we thought about openness. We used the story of ‘The Invisible Boy’ by @TrudyLudwig to explore how small acts of kindness can make a big difference. The story inspired us to try to be someone who makes others feel included. #empathy #APlacetoBECOME

Some amazing Religious Education #enrichment opportunities for our pupils yesterday: year six pupils took part in an @SpringsDC #Easter workshop; and years three and four had a visit to our local Hindu temple. #APlacetoBECOME

Blessed that lots of pupils are making excellent progress on their #lent2025 challenges designed by the ethos team. We are engaging in the @ABYyouthtrust ‘Living Hope’ lent worship sequence. So far we’ve looked at trust, togetherness and being imperfect.

In worship this half term we are thinking about creativity. We looked at the creation story and how Christians believe we get our creativity from God. We thought about how we need to take responsibility for the world around us and used @HelpPicture to think about the LA wildfires

Inspired by her RE learning yesterday, where children were learning about what is precious to Jewish people, Iris went home and produced her own scroll for a Mezuzah with her own important words that she would like to display to help her remember them. Well done Iris

We've had a defibrillator at @stmargaretsoldh for several years: today key members of staff updated their knowledge of using the defibrillator as well as other aspects of #FirstAid. Thanks to Andrew @tq_uk for a great session in this most important area. #RestartaHeart
