House and Senate are scheduled to be in session week of Nov 17 and then off week of Nov 24. By Nov 22, to continue funding, they’ll need a new CR. Senate Democrats can hold out for health care credits AGAIN. Looking forward to Johnson’s spin on this.

I predict that after decisive victories in VA NJ PA CA NYC on Tuesday, Senate Democrats pass the House CR on Thursday. This CR funds through November 21. This will get everyone some paychecks. They (and the House)are scheduled to be on recess week of Nov 10.
