While I agree that there is little realisation or care for woolgrowers from processors (world wide), isn't the real issue that 40k continually outweighs demand. Wool has under 3% of the apparel market and few consistent apparel types that consume wool year after year (like suits
@Agrivetbusiness What they say, and what they do are 2 completely different things... Also believe the peasants that grow wool out here will forever grow wool for them.... How mistaken they are; happy tell us about the latest and greatest processing machinery they've bought for 💰💰💰💰

@steve_noa Unfortunately the processors don't realise the damage done by the big fall post the big rise.... 2 large WD properties of pure merinos +16k ewes between them have both sold all their merino rams and replaced with terminal sires in last 3 weeks

We're back baby.... take #2 Will we see the same reaction as we saw 6 weeks ago when growers and brokers dragged out as much wool as they could?? Keep offerings under 30/35k we are a good chance of going higher.

Sheesh....there really is no sense of ownership left in our industry seemingly from woolgrowers... I get it.. but still disappointing. Let's hope that the new board recognise the need to market wool to a newer, younger audience...

Isn't a month a long time in the wool industry.... that last 100 cent rise day was too much.. The Chinese decided we traders (some more than others) were getting a little ahead of ourselves and enough was enough.. demand had improved but not THAT much.. and then after telling
Wool growers, believers, resilient sheep producers... pour yourself a drink and take a seat, put the feet up. It's been a tough few years... but today was some reward for your belief... Wool's Back Baby!!
