Kaleem Amin, manager of the Sadaat Carpets store next door to the Nicky, says it became ‘quite busy’ with police outside at 10am. He says police didn’t say much about what was going on, but his shop was not evacuated. The cordon is solely around the Nicky. @MENnewsdesk
