Whitecurrant jelly it was then. What’s the science behind it going this colour though? I had read it would. Why? 2 small jars for us and a jar of course to my plot friend who gifted the berries.

Been gifted some fabulously plump freshly picked #whitecurrants Never sure how to interestingly use them. Anyone made ice cream with them ? Or maybe a visually interesting version of “ redcurrant” jelly?
