Our goal came from a well worked short corner with Katie Collendar being the finisher. We unfortunately lost on shuttles. Our second match saw us take on the Presentation Kilkenny. The work rate from team was super but the Presentation did manage to score a well worked goal

South East Minor B League Final. It wasnβt our day yesterday. With three teams tied on equal points at the end of the league we played a three way blitz in Newtown school. Firstly we faced Loreto Kilkenny. They girls gave it everything and we came away with a 1-1 draw at FT.

Hard luck to our U15 rugby team who were beaten by a strong Thurles side in the last round of the Cleary Cup. Some great performances were put in all around the field, especially from MOTM Charlie Herron. A huge thanks to our TY coaches on the day.

Well done to our 1st Year rugby team who went unbeaten at a blitz in Fethard this week, winning 3 matches and drawing 2. Some fantastic performances were put in, especially from boys who have never played rugby up until this year!

On Thursday 13th of March, our sixth and fifth year Agricultural Science classes accompanied by Mr. Kirwan made the trip to Kildalton college. There the students learned about a range of agricultural practices and sustainability. A very informative trip for all.
