Mr. V's Gr 7s @stbeces coded #microbits to be dice using the shake feature. Ss explored variables & if/then statements to create graphic dice. 1 group remixed code to create a game where IF 1 is rolled, THEN you win ELSE IF 6 is rolled you lose! 👏🏽 @HWCDSB #stem @microbit_edu

Gr.1 Ss took part in a virtual field trip with author Nadia Hohn. Her book, Malaika's Costume, was this year's TD Grade One Book Giveaway. She began her interactive presentation by singing, acting out parts of a Jamaican song and showed off her many Carnival masks and costumes.
