entirely possible that the gimmick is that it only glows during arts and i just missed that bc handheld + bad eyesight but i am too sleepy to test that

from what i can glean i? think?? its an rng chance after every art the enemy uses??? but i have no clue, and my least favorite part of this enemy type's gimmick is the lack of visual clarity
