Great insights are coming from having lived. You can’t share great ideas out of thin air. Either you had a hard time, you have lived in different places (mini retirements), you encountered many problems and overcame obstacles. These all make great insights, articles to share.

Also, writing is hard. I just found a note on my own public note. Just in case of interest, I have written extensively about the process of writing and related notes. Check the backlinks. https://t.co/1M6YpXfgcn

Writing has been my new job after writing for myself for nine years. So, how do you get better, and what about writing makes it so hard?

Amazing —someone in response to one of my Reddit comment just implemented this functionality, and now I have it. I integrated it into my screen-taking workflow, and it's great! The internet is great.
Does anyone know a Linux editing tool that can cut in-line (not at the border)? I haven't found a good, lightweight tool yet on Linux. Please, community, help me. :) Snagit is one of the tools I haven't been able to replace or imitate since switching from Mac to Linux.

This is how Snagit is doing it. https://t.co/424Om83OZp. Also, @Snagit, when do you create a Linux version? The year of the Linux Desktop is now. 😉

I found a workaround with "zealous crop" and made it a shortcut, but still, GIMP is heavy, and it takes many clicks to achieve with fit to image to layer, etc. Why can all tools cut at every side but not in line? Is there a reason for this, or is it just not considered?

Many are writing [[Daily Notes]]. I tried several times, but it never stuck. I think it’s because it’s too much work and too cluttered. For a look at my [[Daily Notes#My Daily Note Template]], there...

Are you Journaling, or writing daily notes? I’m curious, how often and in what form you do it?

If you like the above, don't miss out on checking out the app launcher (and much more) called Walker. https://t.co/fmbGISkJ6j
If you search for a Raycast solution on Linux, search no more. It's amazing how Walker provides file search, clipboard, calculator, emojis, and many more out of the box. It does more than I needed Raycast to do. It's rewritten in Rust and comes with Omarchy out of the box.

Omcarch 3.1 just dropped! I updated right away, and seriously, the way Windows/Web App/Native App/TUI are all seamlessly integrated is super cool. The Omarchy squad, including @dhh, totally nailed it. If folks were holding back because of no Windows app, hopefully this'll help it
Omarchy 3.1 is out! With Windows VM built-in, universal copy'n'paste on Super + C/V, clipboard manager, tiling groups, live theme changes for neovim/Obsidian/Cursor, new flexoki theme, tons of fixes. Amazing update. https://t.co/UPFMpme5s1
