After 2+ years, I said bye to my latest stint at MSR Cambridge. We're moving back home and later this year, I will join the faculty of CSE at @IITKanpur as an Assistant Professor. I'm excited to teach my first class and write my first grant proposal. #nervous #excited.

In the first couple of years of my PhD, I was skeptical of rebuttals. Now, for two consecutive years, I have had my paper scores change post rebuttal. What that says about my writing is one thing, but I will be able to tell future co-authors that rebuttals work atleast in HCI.
