A very bad experience with @airindia today. No help with refreshments, stay at the airport while it was the airlines’ fault on people missing the connecting flight where my parents and my kid had to find their way around the airport with no help. Staff said they will come at 5.

@DGCAIndia @airindia Here is the available earliest flight. Bear in mind the losses we have to incur if Air India asks us to only go 2 days later.

@airindia Your ground staff saying that main staff is denying their request to hold the plane for 26 people for even 15-20 min.

There are 26 people right now waiting and impacted at the Amritsar airport because of this. You need to take some serious action and provide help to everyone. There are bookings ahead in UK that get impacted and we will have to bear losses.

at this rate Indians have to start completely moving away from @airindia flights. What a bad experience.
