There's an underlying assumption in #LTHEchat .@AdvanceHE_chat tonight that AI is free and equally open to everybody. It isn't and certainly won't be in the future.

A4: Maybe a sense of over-ambition can be unhelpful. It's hard to change big organisations for staff, and perhaps harder for students who don't (need to) know the structures. So maybe a tight focus / simple aims works best? #LTHEChat #AdvanceHE_chat.
