Another Timmism: AUDIENCE = group of people that are passively watching. COMMUNITY = a group of people that are actively engaged with other community members and adding to the channel's value prop. #Marketing goal: Actively work to turn Audience into Community. #CMWorld

@CMIContent A7: Depends on how you define community. In my opinion, "audience" is a group of ppl who are passively watching. A "community" is a group of ppl who are actively engaged with other members of the community and further contributing to the channel’s value prop and creed. #CMWorld
