We called the staff of The Sprout Fund “Sprouters.” They played many different roles, wore a lot of hats, and all in all, nurtured a whole lot of ideas and projects into being. We’re thankful to all 25 people who made up the Sprout team over the years. #SproutSunset

There is still much work left to close the wage gap between men and women, but we’re grateful for @ElanaSchlenker. She brings gender-based economic injustice to light with @LessThan100. #SproutSunset

Inclusivity was one of Sprout’s guiding beliefs. We’re thankful for each and every opportunity we had to support people who put these beliefs into action and have made diversity and inclusion more central to Pittsburgh’s story and its future. #SproutSunset
