I will keep this brief: Dorman makes exhaust manifold clamps for the broken studs on many V8s. Including the Triton 5.4 2v... Gamechanger! Truck sounds and runs like its five years old again! I will replace both sides at some point but this would probably hold forever 😁👍

I went and swapped a pair of actuators today! My customer stated everyone told them these are unobtainable? Even if they were (aren't): You can loosen some nuts and slip generic 4" actuators on this boom! Which is exactly what I did 😇👍 Warranty stopped in 2009, we good 😂

Finally put some new shoes on the office! Really excited to vibrate an order of magnitude less at highway speeds 🙏🥹

This unit goes from one customer to another, one gets a spot back, one gets a sprayer, and I get a one-time capital budget kick to fix items on its list! I try to keep them nice, they follow me... Most of your old rigs upgraded a dying one and live on with their little bugs 😅

The things I witness! Also, careful putting the conrods back on, they are sensitive to orientation but they look IDENTICAL. Pump runs 90° TDC to TDC; Check the cycle in the half-case or you get to double-check all your work like I had to 😅 Rig runs super sweet, I am pleased 🧘‍♂️

Simple side project! Nineteen years since I bought this rig as a full roadie, commuted on it in T-dot for a decade as it lost parts, ran the last eight fixed-gear 😅 Needed regeared for the country and a new chain 👍 I can still skid it, in my chucks, a hipster never dies 😇

Well, the valve seals perfectly... Just happens to be sealing the wrong hole 😂

I think it's fair to say after owning this lathe for like a dozen years now: You might only need it once a year, but it saves your whole butt every time! I even made my wedding ring on this 😁 Make? Unknown. Model? Some. Vintage? Your guess is as good as mine 😂 +/-

For the record this project totally worked out, fixed it on the Monday and have like six spare seals now 🤸‍♂️
