At Johnson Elementary, preschoolers had a chance to step inside the Star Lab with Bree the Naturalist for a space-themed adventure. 🚀 They explored fascinating facts about the sun, moon, and stars. Many were amazed to learn that some stars are shaped like people and animals!

Key Club members continue to make a positive impact through community service! Recently, students volunteered at the Outreach, where they served food, washed dishes, and helped with sweeping and mopping. Keep up the great work, Tigers! 👏

Johnson Elementary Kindergarten students have been busy exploring forces and motion in a hands-on way! As part of their science learning, they designed and built their very own mini golf courses. ⛳️

In Mrs. Metcalf's language arts classes, eighth graders brought The Outsiders to life through creative group work & individual projects! Working together, students created body biographies to dive deep into character analysis & showcase their understanding in a visual format. 📖

Rhetoric class teamed up with Key Club for a meaningful day of service at People for Pets on January 3! Students toured the facility, spoke with staff, cleaned the cat rooms & played with the animals.🐾 They also created a public service announcement that aired on the radio! 📻

The high school forensics class welcomed Deputy Fire Chief Mark Stover for an in-depth session on fire and arson investigation. Students explored everything from the physics and chemistry of fire to identifying burn patterns and analyzing images from local cases. 🧯
