What happens when you prioritize speed for a couple of months in the offseason?. Ask this female soph sprinter…. 18.5mph to 20.25mph (+9.45%). If she gave up after seeing the dip from the first hard phase, she’d miss out on the gains that happen after. Big year ahead for her!
