Update: the Peruvian government not only mandated the use of masks in public spaces, but posted instructions on how to make them and started offering free cloth masks to the population.

In the USA, the CDC now recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings. Article updated.

In France, the National Academy of Medicine has recommended the mandatory use of alternative masks in public spaces. Article updated.

The more I research, the more I realize how unscientific @WHO’s claims are when it comes to the use of masks. I’m glad some countries have realized they must ignore @WHO’s absurd directives.
