Been building an HTTP API with @CrystalLanguage and been hammering the service for more than 1 hour with requests, just to see it consuming less memory after! 🤯And yeah, it uses ~3MB (static binary with SQLite3 and libsodium). Excited to share more details soon! 🤫😉

If you work with Ruby, this can be a huge time saver.
Every time I update some Ruby gems on an app, need to wait ~4 mins for `bundle install` to complete. Then 4 more mins for CI to build them. Later 4 more mins for the server to deploy it. Too many things to get you distracted in 4 mins! ⏳🤔😿 SOOO...👇🏽

I just made the Disque module for Redis public on Github. Very early stage, but I feel like it's the right moment to let people see what is there:

Some trivia about the upcoming book on Redis: for some reason, in one of the interview sessions we switched to English for about an hour. All the rest of the recordings are in Italian.

This thread introduces the project @antirez and I have been working on.
My friend @soveran, and his wife Paula, spent a month in Catania, where I live. I'm very thankful to both, because this allowed us to stay together many days, and have long conversations on software and Redis: everything from the down to earth to philosophical: he has a project.
