Tomorrow marks my final day on the @CanPaedSociety Fetus and Newborn Committee. A 9 yr journey as a committee member, then Chair for the past 6 years. I leave the committee in the astonishingly capable hands of @souvik_neo as the new Chair. We did some good work!.#neoTwitter

Neonatal Trials session @PASMeeting:.6 RCTs presented. Many interventions discussed, some with harm, some not so much. Outcomes ranged from death to trivial surrogate measures. For EVERY outcome, in EVERY RCT - type I error threshold was 0.05!!.Can we pause and reflect?.#PAS2025.
