I don’t know why brands stress over ROAS and CPA when their ads look like ads. You need to understand people are tired of seeing the same rubbish content fill their feeds. Give them something worth watching. Make ads people actually want to watch. The more creative you get

Image ads are rare. When they run them, super simple - like a product image with a discounted offer. If you've already seen all the other creative and you're at bottom of funnel, this is all you need to tip you over the edge to purchase.

Their UGC is insanely organic-looking. - Hardly any captions - Quick cuts - People talking fast They know what works from TikTok Shop. When they make their own UGC, they replicate that style.

Visual demos do two things: Educate people on what the product actually does. Stop the scroll because you don't often see that kind of thing on the feed.

One thing they do well is visual demonstrations. Supplements are hard to demo visually. "Makes your gut healthier" doesn't show well on camera. So they use visual demos. Put food into a bowl. Colored dye into water. Mini experiments that show what the product does.

They still run standard direct response UGC for problem-unaware customers. "5 reasons why" videos. "3 symptoms that might mean you're XYZ." Top of funnel to grab uneducated customers on Meta who've never heard of them. Get them in the funnel. Then retarget with everything else.
