I’d be grateful because everyone needs therapy whether they realise it or not. But I’d still ask why, just to understand where it’s coming from because the intent matters.
If someone gifted you like 3 therapy sessions , will you be offended?.You have never discussed therapy with this person. Just curious.

Genes are actually so interesting. Everyone says I’m my mum’s twin but sometimes I look in the mirror and see my dad. Then another day it’s my aunt. Or one of my siblings. It’s like my face just picks a relative at random.
