A new paper @Dev_Cell from our lab led by the awesome Cecilia Arriagada @cecy_arriagadam, now an Assistant Professor @USanSebastian. We show that the extracellular matrix protein #Fibronectin (Fn1) regulates cardiac development in a mesoderm-cell-autonomous manner. 🧵 1/6.
Happy to share my postdoctoral work published in Developmental Cell. So many thanks to @sophie_astrof for be an amazing and supportive mentor during the process. Mesodermal fibronectin controls cell shape, polarity, and mechanotrans.
