Striking pays! USYD workers received $1000 after three days strike action, and nurses have now won a well-deserved $3000!
We should be clear that one-off payments are just band-aids. We can't rely on one-offs; workers need fair pay rises to keep up with inflation and productivity
BREAKING: Dominic Perrottet announces wage cap will increase from 2.5% to 3% this year and 3%-3.5% with productivity savings the year after. $3000 cash payment is being made to every healthcare worker in NSW as a thank you for their work during Covid.
