By international #law 🇬🇪 is expected to respond to concerns abt #HumanRights #Violations in 🇬🇪. These are matters of legit concern to all states, not internal affairs. In @OSCE we agree: Security impossible without respect for #HumanRights & functioning democratic institutions.
🇩🇪Germany, together with 37 other @OSCE participating states, invoked today the OSCE #ViennaMechanism, expressing deep concern over human rights developments in Georgia and inviting Georgia to engage in constructive dialogue.
