Solid points by @Bederowlaw ! I can't be the only one who finds this post a bit humorous.
I feel compelled to address this for the simple reason that the citizen complaint 100% does NOT allege a cognizable crime. There is 0.0% chance there will be a prosecution based upon that citizen complaint, which because it was submitted, will end up at the county prosecutor's

Hot take: If courts were intellectually honest about #qualifiedimmunity, they would extend this court-created invention to criminal cases. Either eliminate it, or extend it. As-is, it makes no sense. Courts created it to protect the government’s coffers; not to protect police.
