Opportunity 2: The Student Media Challenge deadline has been extended! U.S student newsrooms will get training, support, and funding to cover student mental health through a solutions lens. Deadline is now April 24.
Opportunity 3: Your next chance to become a certified solutions journalism trainer is this May. You'll get a thorough SoJo education, and this is a GLOBAL call. Journalists and journalism educators from anywhere can participate. Deadline is April 23.
Opportunity 4: The first HBCU Educator/Black Press Academy and Fellowship provides training, funding, and networking for HBCU educators and members of the Black press who want to lead community-centered, solutions-focused projects. Deadline is April 24.
Opportunity 5: The Complicating the Narratives Fellowship offers a stipend, cohort learning, and training in deep listening to help U.S. journalists cover complicated, polarizing issues differently. Deadline is April 27.
