non so typical things i loved about #CanThisLoveBeTranslated: - no childhood tropes - no kidnapping - mature closure - manager to actor relationships are wholesome - chanel casually came popping out of the screen during serious scenes XDDD

#CanThisLoveBeTranslated I need to clarify some points: 1. Even though Do Rami finally ends up showing up and there are people who know about her, that can still be considered psychosis. 2. Muhee adopts and personifies a “real” character from her hallucinations. 3. To be

This is genuinely up there as an all-timer kiss for Kdramas. Them moving across the room in a Waltz locked in with eachother mixed with the whimsic OST. Kim Seonho and Go younjung romance chemistry is truly insane #CanThisLoveBeTranslatedEp11

I think binge watching 12 eps is a lot. I feel this is a drama that needs to sink in properly. Many people actually perceived it as simple romcom but as soon as i was on ep 2 i knew this wasnt going to be a easy ride. I feel with time and little understanding people will love it.
Excellent review! We often seek easy watch requiring no brain activity. CTLBT is not one. While it might appear light, its scripts & subject matter require thinking. The writer weaved in a serious topic but also gave us laughter, warmth & love. Watch this slowly. Its beautiful

@softstargaze I do feel this drama was binged watched by majority of us hence it was a quiet a sensory overload. Letting it sit and maybe a slow rewatch might help understand the characs a bit better.

@softstargaze I do agree w you. 1. They should've given the personality disorder some more medical attention. 2. Kinda understand people getting disappointed considering this was marketed as a simple romcom but turns out it does deal w some heavy topics. Makes sense why some might be confused

There is so much to talk bout his charac here. He is someone who is used to translating words as it is. Hence the complex feelings of love has always been hard for him to approach specially cos we humans tend to talk in circles. Hence he relies on words more than emotions.
That’s Hojin! This is what makes him so compelling. His restraint isn’t emotional absence; it’s emotional discipline. You know he feels deeply, and that’s exactly why, when he chooses to express those feelings, they matter. They’ve been lived with, carried quietly, and Seonho
