How I signed 3 clients in 7 days using DMs:. No, I did not spend 13 hours writing a viral post. No, I did not suck up in the comments. I built my own Sales By Chat Platinum Framework. If you want the free video training, DM me "PLATINUM" and I'll send it to you.

I recently started to learn filmmaking. Whenever I learn a new skill, I follow this model:. → Just start & do it.→ Study videos, podcasts & books.→ Ask experts for feedback (luckily my friends). And then I rinse & repeat until I get where I want. P.S. Shot on iPhone

Society is lying to you. You will not become another person over time. You become another person instantly. Remember all the big changes that happened in your life. You were not gradually becoming another person. You changed fast.

One day, when you have made it, you will think back to when you worked hard for your goals. Those will be the days. Remember that and enjoy the ride.

Pick one or two tips that will have the biggest effect first, and focus on those. For most people nowadays, the best thing they can do for their sleep is regularity. Same bedtime and wake time each day, even on weekends.

7. Extreme Tip: Each night, before I close my eyes, I put tape on my mouth to prevent my body from mouth breathing. Breathing through the nose lessens the chance of snoring, reduces the chance of sleep apnea by keeping the tongue in the correct place in the mouth.

6. Aim to go to bed by the same time every day, not just the working week. Wake up around the same time, too. Your body adjusts to your rhythm over time. It will help you feel more sleepy in the right moment and also wake up more easily.

5. Make sure to have your room temperature between 16-19 Degrees Celsius which is between 60-66 Degrees Fahrenheit. Once your body goes into sleep mode, the body temperature will decrease for some degree. A cooler room temperature helps your body fall asleep faster.

4. When using your phone or your laptop, put it on nightshift mode to reduce the blue light exposure. Additionally I wear glasses with a blue light filter to minimise it even more.

3. Use your bed for two things only: Sleep and Sex. Your subconscious mind will connect “going to bed” with sleep. If you previously used it for watching YouTube, Netflix or other activities, do it somewhere else.

2. Have your last meal 3 hours prior bed time. Your body will be more relaxed and does not have to do so much work in digesting the food from your meal anymore. And a more relaxed body will fall asleep faster and ultimately sleep better as well.

1. Starting out with your environment at night. Are there any big lights that shine directly into your eyes? If you get light directly into your eyes, it will increase your awareness and will make you less sleepy. Turn on lights below your eye level.
