The end of an (admittedly quite short) era today as it’s my last day at SMG and as part of the STEM Ambassador programme. I’ve loved the last couple of years and done some amazing things. Not sure what's coming next at the moment which is a new thing for me!

Second Half Marathon ☑️. Completed the #leedshalfmarathon @runforall just under my target of 1:49 with 1:48:44, also knocking 30 seconds off my Great North Run time. Now to eat my body weight in pizza!. 📷 (and cheering) @Jacqueline_xo

Fantastically good idea from @philjemmett and I'll be joining in as well. And theres £2 in the pot already.
Final decision. been back/forth whether to boycott or watch and be grumpy about it. I'll watch England matches but for every goal that England score I'll donate £2 to an LGBTQ+ charity. Let's have suggestions for great causes to donate to for anyone else who wants to join in!.

It's not everyday you get to run a work meeting while riding a steam train, but for me today was the day. All meetings should be on steam train carriages now as far as I'm concerned. Far nicer than Teams!

Great North Run ☑️. After training all summer (and waking @jacquelinexo2 up at 6am during her summer holidays) I finished my first half marathon, and just squeaked in under my target time of 1:50 as well!
