SR-210 is scheduled to close on Dec. 4, at 12:30 am to uphill traffic at the mouth of the canyon while @udotavy tests mitigation work. The estimated time of reopening is 8:30 am. Downhill access from Entry #1 will close at 1 am. Follow @udotcottonwoods for updates.

Road Weather Update: SR-190 & SR-210 Thru 6pm (12/2): Snow showers after 2pm bringing slush to lower canyon and 1-2” road snow near resorts. Thru 6am (12/3): 1-2” additional road snow possible in upper canyons w/ slush in lower canyons. Heavier snow showers after 8pm.

Cool temperatures have allowed for around-the-clock snowmaking, and we could not be more thankful for this crew. As a reminder, Snowbird will not be open for skiing and riding on Thanksgiving. We plan to be open the first week of December, conditions permitting.
