If you are in Ontario, go VOTE today. I don't care if you don't think it will make a difference. Do it.

Know of board/card games that handle missing pieces, easy to teach, little down time, and have good table presence? We are doing a project for libraries in low-resource settings to suggest games that will last 10 years. Learn more and add suggestions here: https://t.co/TCedjTUmGZ

Note - I'm not interested in mailing out games at this time, but if you can meet me at the Toronto sale or visit in Brantford, let me know what games you are interested in.

I may have.. had a little rant.. in my class tonight talking about the difference in the game design between Werewolf and The Traitors. ok yes I did have a rant. (Not letting the good guys all win if any of them win encourages and rewards mediocre faithful play).

If you enjoy rhythm games, take a look at Super Crazy Rhythm Castle, which is free on the EPIC store right now (until Sept. 19). It's very silly and I'm enjoying it.

If you are a game designer, the episode from People Make Games about wargaming will give you a lot to consider. As I make serious games, I've been invited by different governments to be involved. But even if you aren't directly involved, your games may be. https://t.co/hND6GHB5gc

I wish reality TV shows would stop using the Prisoner's Dilemma. Most of the time, it goes poorly and ends the show on a rotten note for all involved. Let the team win together and split the money for them, or have them fight it out to a single winner. Make TV that feels better.

While in PEI, I learned about using the PEI red dirt to make a tye-dye shirt. I started with a soak in soda ash and water (1 cup to 1 gallon), then used the red clay just like I would use dye. Came out pretty good!
