PTA is one of the greatest living filmmakers right now and this magical scene from Magnolia is proof. Congrats on winning for OBAA. #Oscars
PTA has deserved some statues for decades. Very happy for him even if the public narrative around OBAA stinks on ice and invites a lot of dim bulbs into the world of a filmmaker I cherish. Kind guy, brilliant artist, doesnβt get any better than PTA.

On @flightradar24 now there's a pair of KC-135, one is refuelling the other. Probable reason for the crash earlier this week? #IranWar

We've not seen Liberal momentum like this since the 90s. Carney has fundamentally altered #cdnpoli landscape and the LPC will (re)win Terrebonne in April.

Mark Carney and our new Liberal government are diversifying our trade abroad and building a stronger economy at home. Weβve secured more than 20 economic and security partnerships to deliver greater security, stability, and prosperity for Canadians.

On point, as always. I β€οΈ the writing of @EScrimshaw πποΈ
βAt the end of the day I am not stupid enough to let my issues with the CBC indulge Dhanrajβs right wing attack on a venerable institution. That so many people who claim to be Understanders of mis- and dis-information and propaganda canβt figure that out is idiocy on stiltsβ

@terry_truchan @sunn_time @CPC_HQ If an MP walks away from your party, it usually says more about the toxic culture, bad leadership, or collapsing credibility. Remember: when an MP leaves you, thatβs not some grand conspiracyβitβs a signal your own house is so dysfunctional people would rather walk than stay.

βOver here (Poilievre) is viewed more like someone whoβs going to loseβ π³ Brutal reporting by Politico on the flailing political brand of Poilievre. #cdnpoli
"This is a guy who does not know how to win a race. Thereβs no one here that believes he will ever be prime minister." Brutal read on how seriously @PierrePoilievre is taken among Republicans. This tallies with everything I've heard as well.

This pretty much sums up my distaste and distrust for Travis Dhanraj and his allegations re: CBC.
Travis Dhanraj aimed to reveal βeditorial imbalanceβ at the CBC. What the former TV host told MPs was more about him - https://t.co/LnWCIfBp4X

Honestly, yβall need to be following both @VoiceOfFranky and @EScrimshaw to cut through spin and BS for accurate read of the #cdnpoli land.
The new political landscape is fascinating. The surface levels conceal important and as yet unclear shifts. What is clear is that Carney, a political neophyte, with dismal prospects of success 15 months ago enjoys a solid 20 pt lead

This is a stern rebuke for all those saying she betrayed her constituents. In fact, Idleout LISTENED to her constituents who WANTED her to join Carney and deliver result for Nunavut, results that couldnβt be delivered under the banner of the NDP. #cdnpoli
NEW from me: I sat down with Nunavut MP Lori Idlout in her first interview interview as a Liberal MP. βIt started to every day to feel like I was betraying the wrong people, that I was betraying my constituents,β Idlout said on staying on with the NDP. https://t.co/DAf0tkmzS2

PM Carney has turned the Liberal party into the big tent party. He had 3 conservative MPs join him, now an NDP MP joins him. He's winning over conservative and NDP voters as well, the polls clearly reflect this. Govern for all of Canada π¨π¦

Welcome Lori Idleout! #canadastrong #cdnpoli
Iβm honoured to welcome Nunavut Member of Parliament, Lori Idlout, to the team as the newest member of our Liberal caucus. Working in partnership to build a strong North and strong Nunavut is essential to building a more secure, prosperous, and resilient Canada, with lasting

Idlout has cited Arctic sovereignty as a factor in her decision. Given the importance of this issue, the vote margins of LIB supporters in her riding, and her ability to deliver to Nunavut as part of govt, the floor crossing makes a lot of sense. #cdnpoli
The Liberals came within less than 1% of winning Nunavut. When Lori Idlout says her constituents were pressuring her to join the government caucus, she's serious. No one can claim her decision isn't democratic. MPs have every right to change what caucus they sit in.

HUGE get for the Prime Minister and the Liberals, and a clear signal of Carneyβs appeal to other parties (not just Red Tories). If they hold both Toronto area by-elections, they will have their majority, and wonβt need a win in Terrebonne. #cdnpoli
NDP MP crosses floor to Liberalsβ¦weβre now 2 seats away from a majority, which hopefully will happen with the upcoming April by elections!!!

A year ago, the word out of Ottawa was panicked, hysterical voices who said Mark Carney didn't know what the heck he was doing. He's got a temper! He makes people wear suits, gasp! He doesn't respect govt bureaucratic protocols, good heavens! Canadians will hate him for it! They

Mark Carney was elected Liberal leader a year ago today, and itβs worth reflecting just how grateful we all ought to be for him β>
βCarney is responsive to critics, he engages with the broad tent of our party, and has us well positioned to govern for years to come. He has survived the immense strain that he is under, and has made Canadians, and Liberals especially, proud of our leader To many more years.β
