Last week we were inspired by the award winning Clam Chowder from Pike Place Chowder in Seattle. Today we served our version of their Chowder using Alaskan Pollock. Our Seafood Chowder was served along with an Italian Sub, Pasta Salad, Steamed Veggies, and lots of fresh fruit.
