And if you think I did this out of observation no. I went through this exact experience for the past 3 years and felt I shouldnt say something about it because its been normalised to copy artstyles. Please realise im a real person behind this screen and not corporate slop.

And Im not saying taking inspiration and using my art as reference is a bad thing ! I'm just saying if you used my artstyle (cough the ps one cough) and then go on and on using it to the point people think you're me then I feel we need to say something about it . .

I see my old artstyle and see people still copy it exactly by silhouette and colors and , everything. and I can't do anything but sigh and say nothing about it because I get told it's not a big deal.

I'll get stoned for this but, why are we normalizing copying artstyles from artist who state they don't want their artstyle copied down to a T ?.
