I’m making roasted chicken and veggies for dinner tonight. Brined the chicken so it has flavor, made compound butter to baste it in, roasting the chicken on the veggies so everything has a nice flavor…let’s see how it goes! 🤞🏻

Woke up this morning with a nasty cold and slight fever. Probably from running around in the cold doing DoorDash lately on top of being a full time caregiver for my “invalid (🙄)” mother and my other jobs. All day long, all I’ve heard is how inconvenient my being sick is! 😞😠
