Went mountain biking today, learned how to air roll right over the handlebars. It’s ok though cause I held powerslide when I hit the ground and quickly recovered.

I usually like to work in silence but pretty happy with my pull-up progress so far and felt like showing it. From not being able to do a single BW (170lbs) pull-up to doing 230lbs for 3 in 6 months. Let’s not talk about my shitty leg genetics. Growth will come in due time 😂
