Moelwynion heddiw, 10 milltir, 4 mynydd a mond gweld 2 trwy dydd. Am grΓͺt πποΈπ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ Cnicht, Moel-yr-hydd, Moelwyn Mawr and Moelwyn Bach on a circular walk from Croesor. 10 miles, 4 mountains, 3,681 ft of ascent and I only came across 2 people all day. πππΌ

Poon Hill 3,210m for a stunning sunrise this morning. Amazing views of the surrounding Himalayan mountains. Brilliant effort by the ladies as we started in Ghorepani up Poon Hill and went all the way down to Tikhedhunga on a 15km and a 1,700m descent. Working for Tribal Tracks

Day 4 and due to the continued poor weather conditions on the Annapurna BC trek we have changed our route for safety reasons and head to Poon Hill. Today we headed from Chhomrong to Tadapani, heavy rain for most of the day but the group were fantastic Working for Tribal Tracks

Day 2 on the Annapurna Base Camp trip took us from Ghandruk to Chhomrong. ποΈπ³π΅ Due to weather conditions on day 3 we chose to do a short acclimation walk and to return to Chhomrong. Working for Tribal Tracks

Day 1 on the Annapurna Base Camp trek and we are in Ghandruk. Today involved a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara,3 hour 4x4 drive with off roading,spider,dead snake,leaches,heavy rain,a pink poncho and an umbrella,a bridge, potential weather issues. Working for Tribal Tracks ποΈπ³π΅

Back in Kathmandu and itβs the final night here for the superb Faith In Families Swansea group. Itβs been a fantastic trip reaching Mardi Himal base camp and raising so much money for their amazing childrenβs charity. Sightseeing today which included the Monkey Temple.

Arrived back in Pokhara today from low camp at 2,995m after reaching Mardi Himal base camp. Fantastic effort by the whole group on the mountain and in their fundraising for Faith In Families Swansea ποΈπ³π΅ππΌ Heading back to Kathmandu tomorrow for some sightseeing ππΌ Tribal Tracks
