Interesante jornada en Madrid sobre el manejo quirúrgico de las hernias de hiato grandes: - la base es una buena técnica - las mallas pueden ayudar a disminuir recidivas - las mallas sintéticas absorbibles no se relacionan con complicaciones - fijarlas con puntos y pegamentos
