Finished this book and would HIGHLY recommend. We all operate in one of the five gears. This book helps you identify what they are, and when you operate in them. Sometimes you need a u-turn or reverse. Another great read from @JeremieKubicek and @stevecockram

Reread this absolute gem from @patricklencioni ! In it he asks some very probing questions, but the best one is “why do you want to be a leader?” This is a question every leader should ask themselves on a regular basis. Get this book and you will become a better leader!
