We are very obviously asserting in Gator's that a ban on LCMs is a violation of Wash. Const. art. I, section 24, and U.S. Const. amend. II, but as it currently stands, ESSB 5078 (LCM ban) is law, and was determined constitutional based on the legislative findings and the police
