This $NUTX short report rehashes the old July short report without providing any new information. It is clearly written by an outsider who doesn't understand that the QPA rate is close to the Medicare rate, while the private in-network rate is 2-4x higher than the Medicare rate.

We're short $NUTX again Retail investors have sent shares rallying, but they misunderstand the company, its financials, and the coming revenue cliff. #KnowWhatYouOwn https://t.co/prJB9pLasy

"Murder rates would be up to five times higher than they are but for medical developments over the past 40 years...Without this technology, there would be no less than 50,000 and as many as 115,000 homicides annually instead of an actual 15,000 to 20,000" https://t.co/M3I1Xyuorf

Watch CEO Dr. Tom Vo discuss the unit economics behind $NUTX lower-cost ER model and a 12-month breakeven timeline for a new micro-hospital. He also shares how the expansion targets blue-collar communities like Sherman, TX amid the AI chip-factory boom.

A new study cited in a WaPo article (behind a paywall) by ndp analytics proves with data what we in the physician and advocacy community have known for years under the #NoSurprisesAct--that the "qualifying payment amounts" (QPA) (or initial payments) are not legitimate in terms

here's another incentive for insurers to understate QPAs, which implies an erroneous interpretation about the impact on self-funded plans in the $NUTX short report.

The report suggests this issue is partially caused by including "ghost" or low outlier rates that rarely get paid. Also, discrepancies varied widely by insurer: nearly 100% of certain Aetna disputes showed higher independent rates, vs. only ~16% for some UNH codes.

This Washington Post analysis has shown that median in-network contracted rates were above the QPA in 60.6% of the 140,000 dispute cases mentioned in the study. On average, median in-network rates were 290.5% higher than reported QPAs!! https://t.co/JqNajOybGn

Moreover, $NUTX mainly provides Emergency Department services, where the median prevailing offer is about twice the QPA, which is roughly in line with private insurance rates.

$NUTX has pulled in roughly $3,800 in cash per ER visit YTD. And you’re suggesting they’d avoid joining a network that would pay 20–25% less, while providing faster cash flow and avoiding arbitration fees? The incentive to join a network is there but the rates gotta be more fair.

$NUTX is UNIQUELY building IPAs - networks of independent doctors that manage cost and care - around hospitals. IPAs benefit from lower costs through referrals, hospitals gain higher traffic, and patients get true care coordination. It's a win, win, win. https://t.co/cXmjDJypZo

$NUTX is up 500% this year, but the story feels like it’s just getting started. Still sitting around a single-digit P/E ~9. CEO Dr. Tom Vo is out here talking about a “humongous” market, and many physicians reaching out to open 20 more micro-hospitals. https://t.co/CTJKWsQ3W9

I find it unfortunate that $NUTX is so under-owned by the retail, so let me introduce Nutex Health CEO Tom Vo. A true visionary in charge of a potential multi-bagger.

$NUTX is opening 2 micro-hospitals in 2 months, yet the short report insists that physicians are fleeing the company and keeps dredging up the old lawsuits we all knew about. It's a strange contrast. 🤣🤣🤣
